Product Introduction

1.Efficient Charging
Adopting advanced switching power supply technology, the charging efficiency is as high as 85% or more, shortening the charging time and reducing energy consumption.
2.Constant voltage and constant current charging mode
The charger works in constant current (CC) mode until the battery voltage approaches the set value (58.4V), and then switches to constant voltage (CV) mode to ensure the safety of the charging process and avoid overcharging.
3.Multiple protection functions
· Overvoltage protection: When the voltage exceeds the safe range, the charger automatically cuts off the power to prevent battery damage.
· Overcurrent protection: When the current exceeds the rated value, the output current is automatically limited to protect the battery and charger.
· Short circuit protection: The charger has a short circuit protection function to avoid dangers caused by short circuits.
· Reverse connection protection: When the positive and negative poles of the battery are reversed, the charger automatically stops working to avoid damage to the battery and charger.
4.LED indicator lights
The charger is equipped with LED indicator lights to display the current charging status:
· Red light: Charging.
· Green light: Charging completed or standby.
5.Voltage and current can be calibrated
· The adjustable resistor VR1 inside the charger can be calibrated between 50-59V

Charging time

· The 58.4V 3A Lifepo4 battery charger is designed for fast charging of 16S 51.2V Lifepo4 batteries and can charge 16S 51.2V Lifepo4 batteries at a rate of 3 amps.
· With a maximum voltage of 58.4V and a rated current of 3 Amp, it can fully charge a 24Ah Lifepo4 battery in about 8 hours and a 30Ah battery in about 10 hours. A 60Ah battery can be fully charged in 20 hours. For smaller batteries (<10Ah), we recommend using a 3A charger. All Lifepo4 batteries should be charged using a charger that is compatible with Lifepo4 batteries, such as this one. Using other types of chargers to charge the battery will reduce the performance and life of the battery.
