OHRIJA 50.4V 5A AC-DC lithium battery charger is specially designed for 13S lithium-ion battery packs. The built-in LCD panel visualizes real-time charging parameters: output voltage, charging current and power consumption. Wide-range universal AC input adapts to worldwide power supply. Interchangeable AC plugs are available to meet standards of Australia, Europe, USA, UK, Italy and Brazil. Flexible DC output terminals to match your battery wiring requirements: XT60, XT90, Anderson 45A, Anderson 50A, copper lugs, bare wires, alligator clips, IEC C13, XLR, GX16. Intelligent CC/CV charging automatically switches between constant current and constant voltage phases, preventing overcharging and protecting lithium battery packs. Heavy-duty extruded aluminum housing with cooling fan ensures great heat dissipation for long-hour continuous operation. Widely used for energy storage systems, RV, campervan, marine, off-grid solar and custom lithium battery assembly projects.

Product Introduction

1.Efficient Charging
Adopting advanced switching power supply technology, the charging efficiency is as high as 85% or more, shortening the charging time and reducing energy consumption.
2.Constant voltage and constant current charging mode
The charger works in constant current (CC) mode until the battery voltage approaches the set value (50.4V), and then switches to constant voltage (CV) mode to ensure the safety of the charging process and avoid overcharging.
3.Intelligent temperature control 
The built-in temperature sensor can monitor the charger temperature in real time. When the temperature exceeds the safe range, it automatically reduces the charging current or suspends charging to prevent overheating.
4.Multiple protection functions
· Overvoltage protection: When the voltage exceeds the safe range, the charger automatically cuts off the power to prevent battery damage.
· Overcurrent protection: When the current exceeds the rated value, the output current is automatically limited to protect the battery and charger.
· Short circuit protection: The charger has a short circuit protection function to avoid dangers caused by short circuits.
· Reverse connection protection: When the positive and negative poles of the battery are reversed, the charger automatically stops working to avoid damage to the battery and charger.
5 LED indicator lights
The charger is equipped with LED indicator lights to display the current charging status:
· Red light: Charging.
· Green light: Charging completed or standby.
6 Voltage and current can be calibrated
· The adjustable resistor VR1 inside the charger can be calibrated between 50-59V
· The adjustable resistor VR2 can calibrate the current between 4 and 5 amps
· The charger needs a battery voltage of at least 36V to work
· The charger can directly output voltage and current for use as an adapter

The charger is only suitable for 12S 44.4V lithium-ion batteries, electric bicycle chargers, electric scooter chargers and other 12S 44.4V lithium-ion battery devices.

Charging time

· The 50.4V 5A Li-ion battery charger is designed for fast charging of 12S 44.4V Li-ion batteries and can charge 12S 44.4V Li-ion batteries at a rate of 5 amps.
· With a maximum voltage of 50.4V and a rated current of 5Amp, it can fully charge a 30Ah Li-ion battery in about 6 hours and a 60Ah battery in about 12 hours. A 120Ah battery can be fully charged in 24 hours. For smaller batteries (<10Ah), we recommend using a 3A charger . All Li-ion batteries should be charged using a charger that is compatible with Li-ion batteries, such as this one. Using other types of chargers to charge the battery will reduce the performance and life of the battery.
