Q1: What are the differences between the aluminum alloy charger and the ordinary one?
A: The main difference lies in heat dissipation and durability. The aluminum body acts like a large heat sink, suitable for use in high-temperature environments or scenarios requiring continuous charging for a long time (such as garages, factory assembly lines). Additionally, the metal casing is shock-resistant and pressure-resistant, and its lifespan is typically 2-3 times that of ordinary plastic casings.
Q2: Is this charger waterproof?
A: The body has IP54 level protection, which can prevent water droplets and dust from entering from all directions. However, it cannot be used when submerged in water. If complete waterproofing (IP67) is required, please contact customer service to customize a sealed version with encapsulation glue.
Q3: My battery is 48V 30Ah. Will a 2A charging rate be too slow?
A: 2A is a standard charging current (0.05C – 0.1C). For a 30Ah battery, it is considered a slow charge. Although it takes a long time (about 15 hours), it is the most beneficial for extending the battery’s cycle life. If you need a fast charge, it is recommended to choose the 5A or 8A version (make sure the battery supports fast charging).
Q4: Does the aluminum casing cause electricity leakage?
A: Absolutely not. This charger is designed as a switching power supply, with strict isolation between the primary and secondary circuits.

A: The aluminum version comes with a 12-month warranty. Within the first year, free repair or replacement is offered for non-human damage, and lifetime technical support is provided.
