Shipping Policy

We do our best to ensure inventory is accurately represented on our webstore.

We ship orders every Saturday. Orders placed before 12pm PST each Friday will be processed that week. Otherwise orders will be processed the next week.

If an item is erroneously out of stock, we will contact you immediately and offer a refund or an exact time frame when you can expect to receive an item.

As a store policy, we do not accept pre-orders for out of stock or unreleased products. 

We aim to use entirely recycled and/or recyclable shipping and packing materials. We encourage you to reuse or responsibly recycle the shipping material from your order.
