1.Efficient Charging
Adopting advanced switching power supply technology, the charging efficiency is as high as 85% or more, shortening the charging time and reducing energy consumption.
2.Constant voltage and constant current charging mode
The charger works in constant current (CC) mode until the battery voltage approaches the set value (67.2V), and then switches to constant voltage (CV) mode to ensure the safety of the charging process and avoid overcharging.
3.Intelligent temperature control 
The built-in temperature sensor can monitor the charger temperature in real time. When the temperature exceeds the safe range, it automatically reduces the charging current or suspends charging to prevent overheating.
4.Multiple protection functions
· Overvoltage protection: When the voltage exceeds the safe range, the charger automatically cuts off the power to prevent battery damage.
· Overcurrent protection: When the current exceeds the rated value, the output current is automatically limited to protect the battery and charger.
· Short circuit protection: The charger has a short circuit protection function to avoid dangers caused by short circuits.

Charging time

· The 67.2V 4A Li-ion battery charger is designed for fast charging of 16S 60V Li-ion batteries and can charge 16S 60V Li-ion batteries at a rate of 4 amps.
· With a maximum voltage of 67.2V and a rated current of 4Amp, it can fully charge a 20Ah Li-ion battery in about 5 hours and a 40Ah battery in about 10 hours. A 80 Ah battery can be fully charged in 20 hours. For smaller batteries (<10Ah), we recommend using a 4A charger. All Li-ion batteries should be charged using a charger that is compatible with Li-ion batteries, such as this one. Using other types of chargers to charge the battery will reduce the performance and life of the battery.
