1.Efficient Charging
Adopting advanced switching power supply technology, the charging efficiency is as high as 85% or more, shortening the charging time and reducing energy consumption.
2.Constant voltage and constant current charging mode
The charger works in constant current (CC) mode until the battery voltage approaches the set value (25.2V), and then switches to constant voltage (CV) mode to ensure the safety of the charging process and avoid overcharging.
3.Intelligent temperature control 
The built-in temperature sensor can monitor the charger temperature in real time. When the temperature exceeds the safe range, it automatically reduces the charging current or suspends charging to prevent overheating.
4.Multiple protection functions
· Overvoltage protection: When the voltage exceeds the safe range, the charger automatically cuts off the power to prevent battery damage.
· Overcurrent protection: When the current exceeds the rated value, the output current is automatically limited to protect the battery and charger.
· Short circuit protection: The charger has a short circuit protection function to avoid dangers caused by short circuits.
· Reverse connection protection: When the positive and negative poles of the battery are reversed, the charger automatically stops working to avoid damage to the battery and charger.
5 LED indicator lights

6 Voltage and current can be calibrated

Charging time

· The 25.2V 20A Li-ion battery charger is designed for fast charging of 6S 22.2V Li-ion batteries and can charge 6S 22.2V Li-ion batteries at a rate of 20 amps.
· With a maximum voltage of 25.2V and a rated current of 20Amp, it can fully charge a 40Ah Li-ion battery in about 2 hours and a 100Ah battery in about 5 hours. A 120Ah battery can be fully charged in 6 hours. For smaller batteries (<10Ah), we recommend using a 5A charger. All Li-ion batteries should be charged using a charger that is compatible with Li-ion batteries, such as this one. Using other types of chargers to charge the battery will reduce the performance and life of the battery.
